So i have been counting calories since 2014 with a few hiatus here and there and I continued this year, with occasional cheat days. Im 5'2 and 114lbs. When I started i was 125lbs. But somehow I know i lost some fat, but my arms are still big. I do lightweight and eat less than 1400 cals per day. As my maintenance is already 1400. Its getting difficult to lose weight, im not fat but there's fat I need to lose. Any tips?

If you're at a healthy weight already, then you should look into body recomposition. I'm not an expert in that area, but I'm sure others can chime in with more information on it.1

Body recomposition. Eat at maintenance and lift heavy.1

You can still lose, eat at slight deficit and high protein. Lift heavy and the fat will continue to go away while you build muscle.1

You sound like you are an ideal weight for your height. I'm only 4'11 and my goal weight is your old weight, lol. I hope to get down to 120-125. As far as the cellulite/fat - I've heard that burning it through aerobic type exercise is good as well. I don't do weights or work out in a gym, I only walk or run and love using the treadmill.0 -

Recomposition.
Body decomposition probably isn't something you would want on your work PC's internet search history.6 -
