Help with maintining calorie intake on holiday?

Over the last few weeks I have been familiarizing myself with the app and following some of the "gain weight" posts. Was great to see I am not the only struggling-gainer and have found some of the posts very useful!
Like most, I have lived the life of the "skinny-guy", listening to people tell me how lucky I am to eat anything; being told "just eat more" as a solution; or (my favorite) "just weight until you're 30 and your metabolism gives you the finger"...which also didn't happen.
The last four years I have had an up-and-down journey to gain weight - increasing meal sizes, added supplements, joined the gym, and went through three personal trainers - all with very little success. Trainers are great to get to know your way around the gym, but they (or at least two of the ones I had), seem to slow down progress after a while to try and retain clients for longer. Finding a decent training partner is also hard, as most of my social group go to gym to lose weight.
I guess deep down, I knew that I had to be more conscious of what I eat - not just about how much I was consuming, but how much of the right stuff. So now I am on my last attempt at gaining weight and calorie counting everyday (the app makes is so easy), and more importantly, reaching my calorie target everyday.
In the last two weeks I have made great progress and got back to my original training weight which last year took me three month to reach, so feeling motivated to continue gaining more!
With that said, we just returned from a long weekend away. Being away from home is difficult to stick to a diet plan and not easy to pack all the training supplements to make sure you achieve your daily calorie intake. In three days, I managed to lose a whole week's worth of progress! I am sure I will be able to get back on track in the coming weeks; but while most friends and family members complain about gaining weight over holidays, I sit and worry about losing the progress I have made. We have a two week holiday coming up in November, apart from being away from home, we are also in a foreign country. Although very excited about the upcoming trip, I worry that the two weeks away is just going to reset all the progress I have made.
Are there any smart tips/ideas for maintaining calorie intake while on holiday; or do you just ignore it and get back to routine when you return home. Lugging my bucket of Mass Addiction on the plane with me is not an option!

Can you ship your supplements to the hotel where you will be staying at in November? You can take this on the plane through check bags (buy you the right shipping cargo box/luggage)..

edited to add: if you do undo this progress in the spirit of not doing all that you can do while on this trip, the consequences really are that you have to begin again or start where you left off.

I do not have all the details around your history and yes eating more is always the solution, but i get this is not when there is some issues surrounding a person's ability not to do so.

You can plan accordingly to keep your goals in check Or when you get back begin again. Enjoy the trip, I hope it somewhere fun and exciting.

It might be easier to put the supplements in bags that are going to be checked. If your doctor is willing to write a note for you or you get approval from the airline, you can get some weekly med containers and fill them accordingly so you don't have to carry big bottles around. As for exercising, my best advice is to figure out what exercises you can modify so that they're applicable anywhere.

Also pack a lot of snacks with you, but make sure you follow the guidelines of whatever country you're visiting. I don't know what you normally eat, but some foods that are typically acceptable are applesauce packs (under 4oz), dried fruit and veggies, dried tuna, nut butters under 4oz, jerky. Eating local foods is an amazing experience wherever you go, so it's okay to relax a bit while not going overboard (chances are you will eat more no matter what :P). Maybe you can do some research online for nearby restaurants to get an idea of what kind of foods you can eat. Convenience stores are always available to pick up some quick stuff.

Don't stress out about this. You've been down this road before, and conquered it. There's no reason why you wouldn't be able to do it again, especially since you won't go back to the very beginning. Life is meant to be enjoyable, and traveling to another country always turns out to be a phenomenal experience. I traveled on an elimination diet, so I understand your concern! I had a blast; it was easily one of the best experiences in my life up to this point. Focus more on what you're excited about, and everything will be fine. :)
