Good morning all!
I'm new to my fitness pal this morning. My goal is to track daily all my food and beverages and fitness activities very accurately, for an indefinite amount of time, for at least a year or two. My food budget is focusing on weight loss.

The end game is not on the horizon yet for me and will not be for quite a while as i have about 131 # to lose and i'm only about 6 lbs down.

I have had a weight problem since childhood and am nearing retirement age now, but i want to regain my health, in any case.

I am all about using the website and not using apps or fitbit or any other technology. I measuring my fitness activity in minutes using my own watch.

I am not going to weigh in again till at least Jan 2017 if not longer because the ups and downs of the weekly weigh-ins drive my CRAZY and off plan.
