Hey, I'm Cynthia. I'm just now getting into macros and thought it would be nice to have some meal prep buddies and learn some more, also do what I love which is assisting . I just finished meal prepping my lunches and snacks for class this week. I did some sausage-veggie-cottage cheese-egg muffins and pepper slices for lunch (I might add some dry roasted chickpeas. 3 egg cups plus the pepper slices is only about 260 calories) and some mixed raw veggies (baby carrots, snap peas, tomatoes) with guacamole and an apple as snacks. Start to finish, it probably took about an hour to prep, weigh, and log into MFP.0

This is normally the day I'd be doing my meal prep, but with tomorrow being a holiday in the US, it'll probably be on tomorrow''s agenda. I think I'm going to do yogurt and weigh out cereal and nuts to mix for breakfast, lunch may be salads or something from the crockpot and rice. Prep time usually depends on what the weekly menu is and what my energy levels are...usually takes about 1-3 hours. Love my meal prep time...it's kind of relaxing to me.0
