Need easy 400 calorie plans!

Looking to have 400 calorie meals. Trying to keep it simple. Any ideas?? Love easy meal prep so trying to keep it basic

    1. Enter food you like into the FOOD tab.
    2. Look at the numbers.
    3. Adjust portion sizes accordingly.

    I made this the other night (using only one mushroom, they were huge! I also halved the mayo) and it came to 351 calories, add in some side veggies/fruit and its a good filling 400 calorie meal :) prepable too if you make ahead and wrap in plastic wrap, store in the fridge.

    Stir fry with many vegetables (onion, red pepper, mushrooms, carrot, broccoli or bok Choy) and half the portion (per serving) of rice noodles.

    I do beans and rice. I just keep a bowl of each in the fridge- easy to measure out at 1/2 cup each. Then I add cals with easy topping -- cheese, avocado, lunch meat, tomatoes-- kind of whatever I have on hand.
