Need easy 400 calorie plans!

I made this the other night (using only one mushroom, they were huge! I also halved the mayo) and it came to 351 calories, add in some side veggies/fruit and its a good filling 400 calorie meal prepable too if you make ahead and wrap in plastic wrap, store in the fridge.1 -
Stir fry with many vegetables (onion, red pepper, mushrooms, carrot, broccoli or bok Choy) and half the portion (per serving) of rice noodles.1

I do beans and rice. I just keep a bowl of each in the fridge- easy to measure out at 1/2 cup each. Then I add cals with easy topping -- cheese, avocado, lunch meat, tomatoes-- kind of whatever I have on hand.2
