Calories burned babywearing

Calories burned babywearing, does anyone know? For leisurely and brisk pace, possibly with different weights of the baby?
She's about 9 kg/20 lbs now, on the weekends spends a lot of time in the carrier, I must be earning some cookies there. :D

I don't know but they have weighted vests. Google and see if you can find calorie burn with a 20lb weighted vest.

I didn't really look a whole lot but it looks like you could burn an additional 30 calories per 10lb, but again google it more and see what you find.

I think I've been googling it too much, that's what's confusing me.
Haven't thought of weighted vests, though.

The formula for walking is .30 x bw per mile. Add the 20 lbs to your bw when you are figuring it out.

So it would be additional 7 cals per mile. That will be a lot of miles to get some cookies!

    I was guessing . I don't know. Unfortunately walking isn't a huge calorie burn

Add the baby's weight to your own when you enter the exercise.

Right? I preferred the results I got with the "carrying a load" option, this way I can have two Oreos every five days.
