1000 pushup & situps in September

The goal is as it says, 1000 pushup & situps in September. You can fit them in however you want. I plan to do 1 set per day, but feel free to do several smaller sets throughout the day.

30 per day would be only be 900 so I will do 40 twice a week to help make up the difference. On the last day or two I will make up for any missed days.

    FWIW, I did a 2500 Plank Pushup Challenge last month.

    Am doing my own 1500 Decline Pushup and 1500 Dip Challenge this month. At least 50 each/day. Working on beefing up my upper pecs, shoulders and triceps doing them. Can already see results only 1/2 thru. Started at 14" but am doing 24" declines now.
