Breakfast ideas

I'm looking for some breakfast ideas! I am up at 3:30am every morning for work and try to be very quiet getting ready to leave. So waking up and cooking breakfast is not an option. I'm looking for something I can make ahead, is filling, and satisfying. I've tried over night oats but haven't been able to perfect it, it was a disgusting mess actually. Ideas anyone?

  • Make ahead stuffed biscuits and gravy.

Cook and crumble 2 turkey sausage patties. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix 2 cups bisquick, 2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt. In another bowl, mix 1.5 cups milk and 2 eggs. Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix but don't overmix. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp flour. Mix until smooth. Add 1-1.5 cup milk. Add salt and lots of pepper. Whisk until thick. Add cooked sausage.
Spray well a jumbo muffin tin. Put some batter on each tip. Spoon some sausage gravy on it. Top with more batter.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Cool and wrap in plastic wrap to freeze.
To reheat, wrap in a paper towel and microwave 45 seconds. Flip over and heat 45 more seconds.

I like 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt with 1/2 frozen blueberries, plus 1 tbsp honey

Tuna is my easy go to
You could also make breakfast wraps the night before with scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and reheat and eat

    1. Boiled eggs on toast with a dash of pepper+ cup of fruit
    2. Overnight oats
    3. Avocado toast + cup of fruit
    4. English muffin with peanut butter + coffee + fruit
    5. Boiled egg+ English muffin+ fruit

My hubby gets up at 3:30sm too. He usually has an evol or Amy's or PJs breakfast burrito recommended by our trainer. With yogurt.
