How many calories to eat back after a workout?

I heard MFP calorie match is invalid/inaccurate most times. How many calories to eat back?

I eat most or all of my calories from exercise... in the past I used MFP's numbers, currently I use the adjustment from my Apple watch. I don't think they are as bad as people say. Certainly not for me anyway.
I know most people say eat 50%... but I've steadily lost weight in the past eating most of them, so for me it's not necessary to cut the amount in half, that would be depriving myself unnecessarily.

My best suggestion is to be consistent - eg. eat all of them or at least 50%, be as accurate as you can with your logging in general, and then see how you go in a few weeks time. If you are losing weight faster or slower than you expect, then you can make adjustments. All the numbers we are working with are estimates, the only way to find what works for you is to give it a go then adjust as you go along.

Only about half, if I eat them at all.

    50-75%

Some forms of exercise are easier to estimate than others. Start with a %, use that for awhile. As weight loss progresses, tweak that % up or down. Like @pebble4321 says - all the numbers are estimates.
