Losing Gaining Losing Cycle Query.

I've been pretty consistent with counting my calories and using my Garmin FR15 walking/jogging and FR305(road cycling.) I lose ten pounds.... horray! I say but I put weight back on!!!

So, no not disheartening cause our bods have minds of their own, I still count, still walk/run interval with my FR15 and cycle hard. I burn on the average 700calories per outing. Same consistency. Though I've upped the anti when I saw my weight on the scale. One gal said she didn't really see weight falling off till after a solid month of this. I do look tighter in the mirror and my neck is thinning.

I also do kettlebell cardio session, 15min 20 min or 30min. depending on how strong I feel.

So, anyone know what the skinny is on this weight swing?

(I'm 63 yr old guy, huge boned, solid like a halfback but way WAY too fat and I MUST lose 60lbs.)
