Maintaining Weight

Hi,
I'm wondering what my daily calorie intake should be if I am trying to maintain my weight.
I'm 5'11 weighing 77 kgs. I go to the gym 4 times a week doing weight training for around 1.5 - 2 hours. My only form of cardio is basketball once a week.

What does MFP tell you your maintenance calories are? Have you tried that? Are you losing/gaining? Adjust calorie intake up/down to find the balance.0

find your TDEE, check the link provided

If your TDEE is 2000 calories eat around that many calories each day.0
