My motivation is wanting to look better for myself and my husband. And i want to be able to buy a shirt at a "normal" store. Not a plus size. My motivation is not wanting to be healthy is to look good. I feel bad about it. Like I'm selfish and cares about looks? Idk how to explain

I am also motivated by looking better for my other half and also just to feel more confident.

The scale says I'm losing weight (first time I've ever been consistently losing), and I guess what is really keeping me going is knowing that this time next year, I will look better than I look today.

I want to feel good inside my body again. I want to not feel bloated in every shirt or pair of pants I put on. I don't want to look in the mirror and see a chubby face. Sounds like I'm superficial but I have to look at myself every day and want to feel good in the only body I've been given.

Yes! What you said! I always keep it in the back of my mind of how I want to look at this time next year.

I get motivated when I weigh myself daily and see my weight drop.

I have a hard time sometimes with losing motivation. I actually printed out a calendar with my goals for the month and have it right where I can see so that I'm motivated to move.
