Good morning everyone! I just join this particular app. About seven days ago or so. I have been trying out different things to see what works best for myself. I will be 38 years old in January I am at a comfortable weight but of course, That court area is the most difficult area to work with. Especially being that I had hernia repair surgery in that area three years ago so the past 60 days I have been gradually hitting the gym four times a week to maintain and tone complete body. Any suggestions by all means throw them my way. Thank you!
