How can I calculate macros and use this app to track them? I have upgraded to premium TIA

In the app, the lower right corner when you are in diary, there is a symbol with 3 dots you can click on. That shows you other features such as community and blogs. If you click on nutrition, it will show your daily ratios and near the top of the screen, you will see macros. If you click that, is shows how many grams of each macro that you have consumed.0

There's a few options you can go to online but the best way is to know your body fat% so you can get your lean mass. From there, you head over to goals in the app and tap macro goals to enter your numbers. If you use the mobile app and have premium, it will post your totals for the day on the home screen, giving you a running total based on your entries. Super convenient.
