Hello, all! My name is Courtney. I am currently using this app to make sure I eat just the right amount of calories per day. I tend to eat too little for my regime. I stronglift three times a week, plank everyday, and run and do core once a week. If I don't eat enough, my muscle gains may deplete. I don't want that.


P.S. I follow an LCHF lifestyle. If anyone is in need/want of some recipes, I am open!
