Tape Measure

I have ised two different tape measures and my measurements haven't changed on ten years even though my wt has gone up and down same with the way my clothes fit can anyone tell how that is possible?

If your weight has gone up and back down then you're close the same size as 10 yrs ago.0

You're losing and gaining from areas you're not measuring. I've lost almost 50 lbs - still pretty much the same size as when I started. Something must be smaller but it isn't anywhere I take measurements from so I don't bother anymore.1
