Who is you favorite hero/villain? (not limited to comics!)

It can be separate from each other. Also can be movies, books, comics, TV shows, video games, anything.
Since it's on my mind tonight my favorite villain right now is Shonuff from the 80's movie "The Last Dragon"
And my favorite hero(s) right now is the crew of the Octonauts from same-named kids cartoon. (I'm a good, cool auntie, love watching kids shows with my little ones)
This can change often so feel free to keep posting!
I'll probably have new ones tomorrow!

Ooooh this is tough. I watched Batman Begins yesterday, so I am going to say he's my favorite hero. My favorite villain is Frankenstein's monster. The nature of which he a created upon plus the mixture of his personality (intelligent, sensitive yet violent tendencies, his desired companionship) is fascinating.1
