Wow looks delish. I never would have tried them like that.1

I might want one of those for Christmas!1

I use something similar called The Big Boss Oil-less Fryer . It's great for fries and what not. They taste crunchy and fried but no oil is used! I will def try chicken wings in it!1

I wish they would make wings like that at the bar I like to watch football at... I have no idea how many calories are in a fried chicken wing, and it's torture to watch all my friends eating them by the dozen.....2

What is an "air fryer"? How does it differ from baking?1

Think high-temp concentrated convection. Basically no difference from using an oven, save that the volume of the appliance is much smaller, so it's cheaper to run.
Personally, I prefer just tossing the raw wings into a deep fryer with no breading. They get beautifully crispy, and absorb very little oil since there's no breading. Fries are another matter. I always bake fries.1 -

Looks legit.
I put chicken wings on the grill until they're nice and crispy.1 -
Nice!
If you don't have an airfryer, I have also placed wings in a bag with a TBSP of baking powder and shook the bag to coat. Then I placed the wings on a rack to bake in the oven.
It gets crispy without all the breading and frying.3 -
I smoke my wings then flash fry them to crisp the skin and then toss them in whatever sauce I have on hand.0
