What are the best post partem exercises to help with a saggy, soft belly post c section??

Don't do any exercise now, you said you are only 6 days pp after a c/section. You need to wait at least 6 weeks and be okayed by your doctor. Btw your belly isn't soft and saggy because of the c-section, it's soft and saggy because you just had a baby less than a week ago. Take it easy, there is a time for weight loss, but right now is the time to let your body heal.0

That would depend on what your doctor told you.0 -
I was instructed to walk and not lift anything heavier than baby. I think until your 6 week checkup those will be your options... and possibly for many weeks after that also.0
