Scale and Non-Scale Victory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked my measurements and weight last week Sunday and TODAY...... Down a total of 4 inches and 2 lbs 4 oz!!!!!!!!! Woo-Hoo!!!!! Pretty good for a week if I do say so myself :) I plan on doing follow up pictures each month... and it hasn't been a month yet. But I'll take 4 inches!!!

    That's great progress for a week! I strongly advocate taking "before" and also monthly progress photos. It will help you see small changes when you're having trouble keeping your focus. Good luck for the rest of your journey!

    Awesome! I lose inches then a few week later some pounds. Keep it up. You're doing the right thing because you're losing fat. Muscle takes up less space.
