Starting new life

Hello guys, your friendly European neighbour here

Few months back, i finally turned 18 and as such, i decided to lose some weight. I was kinda couch potato my whole life, so as is it now, i weight 120Kg(264lb) at my height of 180cm. But just recently, i realised how much i was ruining my health, when i looked at how much calories i should consume and burn per day and how much i actually get into my body(Almost triple the ammount without any exercising).

So, i am here to start anew, hoping that keeping this ,,diary" will finally make me do something with myself. I am not sure what my plan is yet, i just know i want to gain muscles and lose fat, so i can't say how much weight i do want to lose, since i just know how i would like to look.

Oh, also looking for some friends to exchange encouragement and motivation with, maybe even some tips.
