Having trouble gaining weight

Hi guys. I am consuming around 3600 calories, 425g of carbohydrates, 160g of protein and 107g of fat every single day including going to the gym and doing some intense workouts. Yes I have gained about 9kg but now I can't gain anymore and it seems even easier to lose weight. On top of that I work in roofs everyday so it makes it even harder to keep my weight up. Any suggestions?

    You've gained a fair amount already but as you gain you have to up your calories to match your new weight and your activity level. Up your calories slowly till you start to gain again. You might need about 4000 but go for 200 for a bit as suggested above then add another 200 if that doesn't work.
