After work snack ideas??

Anyone have some good after work snack ideas for me? I usually eat a piece of fruit, but I am getting pretty bored of that. I want to try to stay away from trigger foods that get me to over eat like granola bars. What do you guys normally eat??

    Carrots cut into thin medallions with homemade hummus to dip. MMmmmm!!!!
    Yogurt with Granola or berries or both
