I need a new workout plan to help me lose weight

    Find something heavy. Pick it up. Put it down. Repeat as desired. Once heavy thing becomes light, find something heavier. Oh, and a caloric deficit helps.

    1. Eat nutritious foods you enjoy, track them meticulously, and don't exceed a (reasonable, not crazy-aggressive) calorie goal.
    2. Then find something involving body movement that you enjoy doing, and enjoy doing it. Do it often, with energy and enthusiasm. The suggestion above, to pick up and put down heavy stuff, is a good one for a 19 year old guy like you, but there are lots of other options: Walk, run, bike, dance, do martial arts, . . . .

    Keep these two things up for a few months, and you'll get amazing results.

    Only the calorie deficit is essential for weight loss. The rest of it is for health.

    I like zumba and swimming for endurance but, for good health and tight booty i must lift.

    I love Insanity Max30 because it doesn't take much time, challenges me, and is never the same two days in a row.

    It is very unlikely that a workout plan is going to help you lose weight much. 90% of weight loss is in the kitchen. I love working out, but just changing your activity is most likely not going to have a significant impact.
