I need a new workout plan to help me lose weight

Find something heavy. Pick it up. Put it down. Repeat as desired. Once heavy thing becomes light, find something heavier. Oh, and a caloric deficit helps.4

It is very unlikely that a workout plan is going to help you lose weight much. 90% of weight loss is in the kitchen. I love working out, but just changing your activity is most likely not going to have a significant impact.0
