Hey everyone, I'm generally new to the whole structured exercise thing and I used to hate working out. The last time I went to a gym it caused me a huge amount of stress just walking in the front door and I ended up throwing up (later I found out it I had an anxiety attack).

Gyms in the outside world still freak me out and even the thought of going to one makes me shaky and uncomfortable...but I'd like to lose some weight and stop feeling so blah, and going hard to edm music alone in my room wasn't doing enough. So I bought a stair stepper thing this long weekend and have decided to use it every day that I can, as well as make use of my parents' pool while this warm weather lasts.

If anyone has any tips of how to get rid of visceral fat and unhealthy food cravings for good, let me know please! Chocolate is my weakness. What's your guilty om nom pleasure and how do you overcome it? What's your favourite work out? How do you stay motivated?? Looking forward to responses
