Drinking Water In Morning

I love this topic/forum. Unlike so many other forums on the Internet, I find this one extremely helpful and each post seems pretty knowledgeable with good common sense. I also get nauseous when drinking water but I am currently on Percoset and Baclofen for a ruptured disc, constipated, obviously dehydrated and don't get enough protein ever leaning more vegan-ish. Prefer veggies and carbs over good lean protein unless I take time to cook and season properly. I think the posts re: eat protein night before, eat something before drinking water and adding lemon all good suggestions. I suspect original poster back in 2014 was dehydrated. Once dehydrated, fluids don't appeal at all. Teeny sips throughout day help. I set a reminder. Get fluids other ways too to hydrate. Cucumber, watermelon, "spa water".
