Good Morning Sunshines!

Happy Tuesday! Alright, I completely got off to a way later start than I intended to. I had my alarm set and ready to go for an 8:45am wake up call...well my body said "nope! Not today, let me sleep!" So, I ended up waking up at 11:06am...oops. I'll admit I picked today to start fresh and start my knew fitness program, so as I layed there in bed annoyed that I didn't get the "fresh start, ready to conquer the day" feels I wanted. I realized that ITS OKAY! Sometimes things..well most of the time things simply don't go how we plan or picture but we just have to roll with it anyways. So, that's what I'm doing, I'm rolling with it!

I just completed setting up my fitness pal account and am getting ready to stick to the plan as best I can which is chugging some preworkout and getting my butt on the stair master for 25 minutes of fasted cardio...followed by a little ab burn session which normally only takes about 12 minutes.

It's always a good day to have a GREAT day. It's about your perspective and keeping everything positive the best you can. It takes the same amount of energy to look at things negatively. Soooo might as well go for the route that's going to give you the best outcome..always pick positivity and productivity.
