Hello Everyone

I'm a dad in a mission. I have three wonderful children and I have had a hard time committing in the past to my wellness. As such I've gained weight and I am obsee with high risk for the malady of health issues. I'm looking for friends of any age, group, background, etc. I am willing to learn, share, and support as best as I can.
