I am a 70ish woman who in the last 2 years has gained 20 pounds more than I want. I am working on losing those excess pounds slowly. If I lose them too fast, I am worried that I will have loose skin in areas where I put the extra weight. I've been doing this FitnessPal for two weeks and am right on schedule for what I need for getting my healthier weight back.
