I joined myfitnesspal years ago but haven't taken it seriously. Now, I'm trying to stay fit and also gain some pounds. I'm currently 133pounds. I want to be atleast 150+ pounds before New year. I'm looking for people that wants to gain pound, not fat but muscle. Any advice would be awesome. Btw, I workout every night using Runtastic pushup, sit ups and squats. Does anyone else use this apps as well. Stay fit, everyone!!
