Doesn't do anything, since you can't absorb HCG through your digestive system (except after it was broken into amino acids just like any other protein). They're banned in the US as the FDA (very correctly) declared them fraudulent.
HCG could only have an effect if it was injected - and even injected HCG hasn't shown any weight loss benefits. It's used for some fertility treatments, though.0
