Going over calories?

The past two weeks, (Saturday-Tuesday) I've gone over my calorie goal of 1400, by 200-300, expect for 3-4 days. I did the math, and for the past two (ish) weeks I've gone over about 1200 calories in total. Im 19, weighing in today at 113, trying to reach 110, and I exercise 5 days a week for around 30 minutes. These past two weeks have been bad for me as far as calorie counting has gone, but I have stuck to my workout routine. I'm just wondering if these last couple weeks will effect my weight loss goal and how to correct it.. Thanks!

If you have gone over by 1200 calories then you will not have lost 0.5lbs (approx) that you might have done. Get back on track and keep going.

You stated this past two weeks have been bad for you as far as the calorie counting goes... does this mean that you know for sure the 1200 calories total is all that you went over?

Anyway, the exercise really does not have a lot to do with the deficit per se. The question for the exercise would be do you eat some of the calories back and if are these factored in the equation or not? The1200 calories overage would be off maintenance calories to gain, so I predict you are safe perhaps a little slower loss, but not much.
