5:2 Results

Hi,

I have started the 5:2 plan this week and was just wondering if anyone had any success in losing weight this way? If so, how much did you lose in what length of time and if you have any photos, that would be much appreciated.

    I do it from time to time as kind of a reset. It does work but unfortunately i don't have any results for you. Not sure where you are from but this is an interesting watch if you can stream it.

    Check out the two groups on here for 5:2 dieters.

    I lost my weight (30 - 34lbs, depending on where I'm currently maintaining) at a slow and sustainable rate, found it far easier to adhere to than everyday calorie restriction.
    Also really good when you do a lot of exercise as you are "fully fuelled" 5 days a week.

    Made the transition to maintenance very easy too as you are already eating at maintenance levels 5 days a week.
