Please post your Goals, Motivations, Strengths & Weaknesses

The Example of Me:

Goals:
To Be Strong, Fit and Healthy.
To have a good balance between the healthy and unhealthy choices I make with food (80/20).
To be able to beat my health limitations.
To be Happy with my progress and commitment in all of the above.

Motivations:
Being able to have a family of my own.
My fit Husband.
Looking/feeling good in ANY outfit.

Strengths:
My drive to succeed and be happy.
My commitment to the lifestyle once i get hooked.
My Natural slim build.

Weaknesses:
My health (Congenital Heart Disease, Mitral Valve Replacement and a pacemaker).
Emotional food Choices through the bad times.
Making time for food prep and exercise once out of routine.
Frequently criticising myself on my image and the choices i make.

    Goals
    To lose 100lbs and maintain the loss
    To do fitness challenges and raise £ for charities
    To improve mental health

    Motivation
    My 2 year old daughter,
    being able to look in mirror

    Strengths
    Will try things even if they cause anxiety attacks
    Sense of humour
    When try am a good cook

    Weakness
    Injuries - arthritus in right knee, flat feet, tendonitus (all mild things but make walking difficult at times and certain excercises)
    Very low self esteem
    Mental health issues

    Must admit harder to think of strengths then weaknesses so kept it to 3 only so didnt drone on.
