Sideswiped by a stroke!! Wake up!

Hi,
Regular runner and ex motorbike racer so I've always been fit (ish)
Only ever been the doctors when bad with Hayfever in the past..
Wife left 4 years ago after 23 years leaving me with three kids, two dogs and a house to finance.
Over indulgence and a like of excess saw me have a stroke in June 2016.. No warning signs.. Still having tests as to the cause.. Doctors are baffled..
All I want now is to see my youngest grow taller than me (I'm 5'7)
