My own coffee creamer recipe? lol
Hey,
So I got this brainy idea, I found an awesome bottled coffee creamer at the store it's Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss All Natural Sweet Cream Flavor Coffee Cream....and I'm trying to reverse engineer the recipe with MFP Recipe builder...
We know the ingredients on the bottle are written from highest concentration, to lower concentration....so for this particular product we have Nonfat Milk, Heavy Whipping Cream, Sugar, Natural Flavor....for this experiment I think the "Natural Flavor" can be ignored I reached out to Coffee-mate, and they assured me that the natural flavoring does not come from beaver-butt...lol.
So anyways, I've come up with this recipe:

But need some math help lol, since the nutrition facts just aren't adding up right....this particular bottle is 16 fl. oz...and comes at 32 servings (which I have set in the recipe builder)
And the nutrition facts are as follows:
Calories 30
Fat 1.5g
Sat Fat. 1g
Trans. 0
Cholesterol 5mg
Sodium 5mg
Carbs 5g
Sugar 5g
Protein 0g
per the bottle.
for all intensive purposes, I'm using the generic/verified/USDA food items in the MFP database.
