Hi my name is chrissy im 28 years old and I have been trying to lose weight now sense September 29,2014 I started at 212 and I got down to 205 and life happened and I got stressed and give up so im almost back to weight again. My big goal is to be under 200 so one step at a time and I will get there. Please help me stay motivated my main goal is to be 190 as a start and will adjust from there lol

Hi, Chrissy. I'm older than you but I'm in the same boat with you! I started several months ago at 208, but got off track and so now I'm starting over at 215! My goal is 190 by Thanksgiving. We can do this!!!!0
