I am a 48 year old male that has lost 22 lbs since August 1, 2016. I use MyFitnessPal to log all meals and exercise. I don't smoke, drink, or use caffeine (last soda was over 20 years ago). I am not starving myself. I am exercising 6 days a week for 60 minute each day min. I alternate cardio and Bowflex Training. No junk food for at least 6 months (if I start cheating I won't stop). I will hit my goal of 215 by March 1, 2017 and will have dropped 64 lbs in the process. I have always been an active guy and I can no longer keep up with my lifestyle without life changes. I always had excuses why I couldn't find time to change or why a physical ailment wouldn't support change. The excuses stopped August 1, 2016 and I WILL NOT FAIL!!! I am 6 weeks in and just gaining steam. I have changed my lifestyle for good. I will no longer live to eat, but eat to live. For the first time, I know I can succeed.
