I was a very active user here a few years back, dropped 75lbs, ran in the Dirty Dash, felt bouncy healthy and more youthful than I'd ever felt.
Life happens.
Went to grad school, did the stay at home mom thing, travelled and ate out a LOT.
Every single pound that I had dropped has piled back on in the last 3 years. I look at my graduations pics from my Bachelors and see a bright, energetic "normal-sized" girl with good muscle definition. I see my Masters photos and I just look big, tired, and awkward.
I am so ready to get back into shape. I would love ACTIVE MFP users, perhaps with 50+ lbs to lose and people that are interested in checking in for accountability (I love messaging on WhatsApp a bit or sending a daily or weekly message via mfp that's a paragraph or two about the week).
I'm currently doing 30DS (today was day 1), and have plans to move on back onto Insanity after I've lost about 25lbs. Feel free to add me!!!
