Am beating myself up a bit as I have planned my food for tomorrow and gone over by 2g on my sugar allowance.
Now this isn't due to chocolate, but mostly down to fruit. I am having a banana at breakfast, and my snack is yogurt with prunes and apple. I am also having tinned tomatoes for tea, I plan to pop to he shop on way home and see if I can buy a lower sugar version of the one I have in cupboards
How bad should I feel for going over on fruit.?
I am gutted as I love my daily spoon full of peanut butter but can't see how I can fit it in tomorrow......cry cry cry

I wouldnt feel bad at all, even if it was chocolate.
Are you still within you daily calorie allowance?
Do you have a condition that means you have to control your sugar?

You're only over by 2 grams? Congrats! I don't think I've ever been that close to staying within my sugar goal.
If you need to watch your sugar due to a medical condition or because you're sticking to a diet like keto, then you may need to cut back on the fruit. But many of us don't worry about our sugar goals and prefer to track things like fiber, micros, etc before sugar.0 -
Oh I am well within my calorie allowance, I never go over. And I don't have a medical condition.
Ok cool..... I will chill about it then....and maybe take that spoon of peanut butter1 -

I don't even track sugar, I swapped it out of my diary and put fibre in.2 -

Right? I go over by much, much more.
Why are you so worried, OP? Are you going over calories? Why beat yourself up over this? Especially since it's just 2 grams? It's pretty counterproductive.0
