Pre and post-workout snacks?

Hi everyone!
I'm reaching out in hopes off getting some ideas of what you guys eat for pre-and post workout snacks.
Any input would be appreciated :)

  • Before work out, I eat some carbs and some sugar....something like cereal w/milk or 1 serving oatmeal (1 spoon of sugar) with some milk. It is important to eat but also keep it light. Within 30 minutes post work out, I eat something with some sugar and with protein. Chocolate milk or apple with peanut butter or egg whites, toast and small serving of orange juice.

    Pre workout, I eat a protein bar 30 minutes before. I buy the Target Brand for not much.
    Post workout, I eat 1 scoop GNC Hydro-Whey with 2 scoops of Cytocarb powder.

    Works pretty good for me.
