Oatmeal protein pancakes
I was asked about them in my diary by a friend. I can't see any way to easily post it so I'll attach a pic of the screen shot. Of course the protein powder can be whatever you use. I just used what I had around at the time. Also Splenda can be tweaked or eliminated . I don't use syrup. Basically this is a double batch so it makes 60 pancakes at1/3 cup of mixture each . After stored in the fridge for three days they can be bagged and frozen and they hold up very well . I mix it all up the night before and put it in the fridge so the egg whites soak into the oatmeal. Stir some during soaking process. I also pack three to a bag. Ends up being about 400 Cals
