Waking up thirsty

Have been pretty good about my water intake, yesterday I had 7 bottled waters (14 cups). But in the morning I'm waking up super thirsty and feeling kind of dehydrated.
Am I drinking too much, not enough..??

The more water I drink, the thirstier I am. I think your body gets used to having a lot of water and keeps wanting more. Of course that's not science-based, just my observation.0

If you are drinking that much water and still waking up thirsty on a regular basis, then I would suggest you talk to your doctor about that.
If it's a one off, don't worry about it. Or if it's very hot where you are and you sweated it all out... though if that's the case you might like to think about adding something to your water to balance out your electrolytes.1
