Wanted: Friends looking to gain mass and strength (Progress pic included)

I'm looking for like-minded people who want to gain muscle mass and strength.
I work out 3 times a week, doing powerlifting, olympic lifting, and body building exercises.
I also used to run ultras, but I'm doing less running now that my goals have changed over to strength and muscle mass gains.
Back in my ultrarunning days, I used to weigh around 65kg, which is almost 10kg less than I weigh now.
I can't run as fast or as long now, but I can definitely lift more.
(But my body fat percentage in my ultrarunning days were pretty insane)
Looking for other fitness freaks, so that we can embark on our fitness journeys together.

Hey can I get in on this. Currently 77kg and looking to bulk. I am 6ft and workout 4/5 times a week. I have cut off cardio completely. Looking to follow a diet plan and could do with an idea on how many calories is best to eat and meals? Anyway add me thanks Andy.0

I'll add. I'm Powerlifting and on 6k/day foreverbulkmode. Legit cals, I tracked. I eat everything in sight, lift heavy and listen to metal.1

Hello people...I'm game. I broke my leg 4 months ago and slipped down to 133lbs. After 2 months of healing, I started lifting and eating again. Working my way back to healthy weight and then to my goal of 167 lbs. I'm currently at 145lbs and aiming for 155lbs by Christmas time.
Stats:
Height: 5'9
Weight: 133 - starting
Macros: 169g protein, 438g carbs, 67g fat and 3050 calories
So count me in. Starting pic to two months pic.

Also keen to add/follow - currently train 5days a week and on 3k cal/day diet - trying to get from 75kg to 85kg. Will be great to see what works for others!1

531 program but I switch things up randomly too. Sometimes max out every few weeks if I'm feeling it. I have ran Smolov JR too. I also go to the gym and hit accessories after the compounds.0 -

Nothing impressive lol. I'm also coming back after 6mo off. 585x3 rack pulls today. That is a PR. But bench is 245, squat is 315 but It was very easy, deadlift 315x20. Currently week 4 on 531 program.
