First off, you know it was a kickass leg day when your legs literally feel like jello and you are struggling to walk your self out of the gym!

I haven't had that good of a leg day in awhile. It's always the best when you can completely zone out and just kill your workout...when you get that natural high of feeling strong and you can conquer the world one exercise and one rep at a time!
