Pregnant and can't stop eating!

Hi all,

I've been away for a while but just logged in again as my eating is getting out of control and I need to face the reality of what I'm consuming at the moment.

I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant and have been easy on myself because of all day nausea and weird food cravings (mostly carby things that didn't make me feel sick), but now the sickness has gone and I'm just hungry all the time! I'm starting to put on some serious weight. I haven't weighed myself but I can feel and see gain already on my bingo wings, thighs and hips, so not baby related areas. I know now is not the time to diet, but I don't want to spiral out of control and put on more than I need to. I'm also worried about getting into terrible habits that I'll find difficult to shake once I've had the baby. Haven't done any exercise in ages as I was feeling too sick and tired and now scared of how out of shape I'll be (and none of my gym clothes fitting me) so now avoiding it. I just need ro get a grip - any advice, annecdotes, support, tough love welcome!
