Hi guys
So I'm eating 2500 calories a day and I walk 15kms a day aswell and was just wondering will I gain weight by eating this much?

That's impossible to say. What's your height, weight, age, sex?2

If its over your calorie requirements (neat plus exercise or tdee) then yes, its the same as them you will maintain and if its lower then you will lose weight in the long run.1

Yes, I think you will gain some weight (0.5 to 1 pound per week) if you really eat 2500 calories and walk 15 kms per day. But you will only know for sure if you monitor your weight. If you want to gain weight, maybe you could cut down on the walking, or do you have to walk that much?0 -

I'm assuming at 5'7 and 126lbs you want to gain weight, right?
For comparison I'm 5'8, 148lbs and walk around 15km a day too, i'm 44 though. I would gain eating 2500 calories a day.0
