Good morning all!

Happy Thursday! The sun is already out and for the first time this week I'm off to an early start, what is this life?? Haha.

Anyways, I had a new low weigh in this morning so I'm feeling exceptionally motivated and determined to make to day a hell of a good one...as it should be!

Currently, I just made a hot cup of vanilla nut flavored coffee with 2 packets of Truvia sugar and Coffee Mate's sugar free vanilla creamer. This coffee drink is only 45 calories and is a staple in my day. I'm enjoying watching some of my favorite fitness YouTubers to fuel this extra motivation I woke up with as well!

But my real question is, how do you all feel about YouTube as a source of health and fitness motivation and information. I have been looking to YouTube for this exact thing for about eight months now and I am in love and honestly have been very much inspired to start my own fitness channel. I want to be able to help others with all the information I have learned myself. This new positive outlook I've developed during my own journey is something I want to share with everyone. But to be honest, the whole making videos and editing is highly intimidating. I have this nagging desire to really go all in and start a channel but of course I'm scared about coming off dumb or not knowing how to edit, the intimidation of filming my life, the list goes on and on. But my passion to possibly help even just one person seems worth the discomfort. So what do you all think about this YouTube fitness venture??

I get so much inspiration and ideas from YouTube. I do my home workouts using YouTube too. Yes some can give wrong information, but then so can people on here and all over the internet.

If you're not keen on filming or editing, how about first trying writing a blog, or an Instagram account for fitness only, then venture out to YouTube once you have a following.
