Looking for support.

Hi!. I started MFP on September 1st and I am down 7 lbs! Just looking for friends with the same goal...to get healthy. I am just eating better, no dairy, and no white breads or pasta. I work out everyday. Starting weight was 265, (my heaviest), and I want to be around 160 by June of next year. Nice to meet yall!

    Congrats! Be careful about eliminating anything completely. Especially foods you really enjoy. Cut back and eat carbs at the right times (morning or immediately after working out, never late at night). The MAIN thing that helped me was meal prep! Go to pinterest and search "meal prep" there are zillions of delicious and easy ideas! Good luck on your journey, keep us posted!
