New Goal Weight

I'm working on getting down to 200 pounds and when I started my journey I topped the scale at 232 pounds and I'm Currently sitting at 224.6 so that leaves me with 24.6 pounds to reach my first goal.

My Second goal after that one is to lose another 40 pounds and that would take mr from 200 pounds down to 160 pounds I know I can make this happen just need support and motivation.

    I'm glad you set a realistic goal of 10% of your current weight which is good. Take it one day at a time. One meal at a time. It took me 9 months to lose 40 pounds.

    Best of luck to you! I think setting 'mini goals' is a great plan. Take your time and be good to yourself, you can absolutely reach your goals!
